1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Riverside Fun Grounds! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our amusement park facilities, services, and website located at 12 Riverside Quay, Southbank, VIC 3006, Australia. By entering our premises, purchasing tickets, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or enter our facilities.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Riverside Fun Grounds Pty Ltd ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or display at our facility entrance.

2. Park Admission and Tickets

Admission to Riverside Fun Grounds requires a valid ticket purchased through our authorized channels, including our website, ticket booths, or approved third-party vendors. All ticket sales are final, and refunds are only provided under exceptional circumstances as determined by our management.

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice based on seasonal demand, special events, and promotional periods. Group discounts and season passes are available with specific terms and conditions that will be provided at the time of purchase. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.

Each ticket admits one person for one day unless otherwise specified. Re-entry on the same day may be permitted with proper hand stamping or wristband identification, subject to park capacity limitations.

3. Safety Rules and Regulations

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following rules must be observed at all times within Riverside Fun Grounds:

• All guests must comply with posted height, age, and health restrictions for rides and attractions
• Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or other medical conditions should consult ride restrictions before participating
• Proper attire is required at all times; shirts, shoes, and appropriate clothing must be worn
• Swimming attire is required for water attractions and must meet our dress code standards
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on park premises
• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages in non-glass containers are permitted in designated picnic areas only
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the park except in designated smoking areas
• Pets are not allowed, except for certified service animals
• Professional photography equipment requires prior authorization
• Disruptive behavior, including profanity, fighting, or harassment, will result in immediate ejection without refund

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability

By entering Riverside Fun Grounds, you acknowledge that amusement park activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold harmless Riverside Fun Grounds, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims arising from your participation in park activities.

While we maintain comprehensive safety protocols and regularly inspect all rides and attractions, we cannot guarantee that accidents will not occur. All guests participate in activities at their own risk. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising minor children and ensuring they comply with all safety requirements.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law. We do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend securing valuables in available lockers or leaving them at home.

5. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Riverside Fun Grounds reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who:

• Engages in disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
• Uses profane, threatening, or abusive language
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
• Violates any park rules or safety regulations
• Damages park property or equipment
• Harasses other guests or park employees
• Brings prohibited items onto park premises
• Attempts to enter restricted areas without authorization

Ejection from the park will result in forfeiture of admission fees without refund, and banned individuals may be subject to trespass charges if they attempt to re-enter park premises.

6. Photography and Privacy

Riverside Fun Grounds reserves the right to photograph and video record guests for security, marketing, and promotional purposes. By entering our facility, you consent to such recording and grant us the perpetual right to use your likeness in our marketing materials, social media, and promotional activities without compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our guest services team, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in security footage or incidental background shots.

Guests may take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial use, provided they do not interfere with park operations or violate other guests' privacy. Commercial photography or filming requires advance written permission from park management.

7. Weather and Operational Changes

Park operations are subject to weather conditions, mechanical issues, special events, and other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to close attractions, modify operating hours, or close the entire park without advance notice when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for attractions that are temporarily closed for maintenance, weather-related closures, or other operational adjustments. Rain checks may be issued at management's discretion for park closures due to severe weather conditions.

During special events or peak periods, normal operations may be modified, and additional fees may apply for premium experiences or attractions. Information about special events and any associated changes will be communicated through our website and social media channels.

8. Lost and Found

Lost items should be reported immediately to guest services. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Found items will be held for 30 days before being donated to charity or disposed of appropriately.

Guests may claim lost items by providing adequate identification and description of the item. A small administrative fee may be charged for returned items to cover handling and storage costs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Riverside Fun Grounds are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

The Riverside Fun Grounds name, logo, and related marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your visit to Riverside Fun Grounds shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

We encourage guests to contact our management team first to resolve any concerns or complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, we are committed to working through appropriate mediation services before pursuing legal action.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The unenforceable provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention as closely as possible.
